Long story mediocrely short - I came in with my mac that drowned in water. They called back two days later and told me I could pick it up the next day. I explained that I needed my laptop for work ASAP, and if it would be possible to have it fixed before they closed that night. I was fully prepared to be told “No” just because I knew that would be a pretty big favor to ask for. But they were SO quick to accommodate for my schedule, and they even offered to stay after closing time until I picked it up; although, I foruntuately was able to get there before closing so they didn’t have to stay back too late! They got my laptop to work and explained that I would not need a screen replacement (which I believe would have been about or more than $400). By the end of the week, I did notice some complications, so I said my last goodbyes to my wallet and went in for a screen replacement. But again they suggested that I wait about a week or two before getting a screen replacement because (in my own words/understanding) it can heal itself a little, which I appreciated because they wanted to save ME the cost! It’s been about a week since my last visit, and my laptop is perfect! No water damage in the screen, no complications, like nothing ever happened! All I can say about this place is that they know exactly what they’re talking about, and I immensely appreciate that they advise you on exactly what you need, no more and no less. I don’t know anything about technology, but they were so great at informing me in ways that I could understand and answered all my questions thoroughly! 10/10 would recommend🙂
